                  How much RAM does my server need?

                  You can use our RAM guide here as a starting point. Exact RAM needs depend on your play style and the types of mods you use, not just how many you install. Running multiple worlds at the same time can also increase RAM usage.

                  If you’re unsure, contact our support team for guidance. You can upgrade your server at any time and only pay the pro-rata difference.

                  Can I use Java, Bedrock or modpacks?

                  Yes. Your package lets you switch between Java, Bedrock and modpacks at any time. Create server profiles to keep separate installations saved, so you can switch between them without losing your progress.

                  Can I change my package later?

                  Yes. You can upgrade or modify your server at any time. Your data is migrated so you won’t lose any progress. RAM upgrades are normally instant and only require a quick server restart. CPU changes may require additional migration steps by our team, usually with minimal downtime of up to 5 minutes and no loss of progress.
