Effective today, we have implemented a new backup solution that significantly extends the retention period for
expired or suspended customer servers. Previously, backups were stored for
1.5 months—but with this update, we’re now keeping them for up to
6 months!
🔒 What’s changing?- Old retention: 1.5 months
- New retention: 6 months
- Effective from: Today
- Applies to: Existing, expired and suspended customer servers
