I can see your tickets were resolved just shortly after your posts.
We did have a large volume of tickets around end of February due to another Game Server company breaking up and many were left without servers.
It took some time to get all those new customers migrated to our system and sorted out.
But all is going well and those new 300+ migrated customers are sorted and happy!
