When I start the csgo server, it says that the server is too old for the game.

It comes up with this error in the in-game console "Server is running an older version, client version 13514, server version 13512"

Due to this, I tried updating the server but it only says "Added to queue" and does not have any change despite letting it run for 30 minutes.

This was resolved - slow steam download speeds on that day.
