News and Updates / Backup upgrade!
« on: 06 September 2018, 23:27:14 »
Currently customers on the linux system have to request for restorations via our support team. We understand this can be tedious for some customers who want to trial and error and need to keep asking for restorations over and over.

We are happy to announce that backup systems have been upgraded to allow full control to the customer! You can now perform self-service restorations to any given hour!

From our current test's the restorations are blazing fast and stable! We TNT'd up a very large world, and then restored it back to the way it was in just 13 seconds!

More updates to come!

Counter Strike GO / Configuring maplist for workshop maps
« on: 20 August 2018, 20:10:30 »
For those having issues setting up a maplist and map rotation with workshop maps. Try the following, which will use the maps in your subscribed collection id.

If you host workshop collection, mapgroup cvar get automatically replaced with collection id, so you not need set maps in gamemodes_server.txt

1) Set the gamemodes_server.txt to empty as follows:
Code: [Select]
"GameModes_Server.txt"
{
}

2) clear or delete ...csgo/subscribed_file_ids.txt and subscribed_collection_ids.txt

3) Disable/Delete SM plugin Nextmap: /csgo/addons/sourcemod/plugins/nextmap.smx

4) restart server

5) Test and see if it worked using server command: print_mapgroup_sv
To see your map list

News and Updates / Minecraft 1.13 AQUATIC UPDATE released!
« on: 19 July 2018, 04:58:27 »
Guess what!? The long long waited Minecraft 1.13 AQUATIC Update is finally released by our friends at Mojang!

Start an epic adventure under water! (You may want to create new world to see the amazing underwater world generation. But all physics and feature changes will work on existing worlds)

NOTES:
We are still waiting for Forge and Bukkit to release their updates for Minecraft 1.13. If you don't want to lose your plugins/modpack, stick with your existing installation for now.

UPDATE: Both SPIGOT and CRAFTBUKKIT 1.13 versions have been released and can be installed from the Addons section of the control panel.

You can see the full change logs at https://minecraft.net/en-us/article/update-aquatic-out-java

« on: 07 June 2018, 19:44:40 »
Its been a while since we provided an update, there has been so many that we've lost count!

Over 170 Modpacks were updated several times in our database list over the past month. Updates were ranging from Feed The Beast, Twitch, AtLauncher, and custom built modpacks.
(Our staff are loving FTB Revelation at the moment!)

Control Panel has been steadily updating, mostly stability fixes.

Our Support tickets average results:
4 mins response and 16 min resolve times over the past 8 months!

Stay tuned for more updates!

News and Updates / Re: Improved FileExplorer
« on: 15 August 2017, 20:56:54 »
speeds seem fine to us. It shouldn't impact it at all actually as we didn't change the transfer engine.
Just the UI, fixed bugs, and added more features.

News and Updates / Improved FileExplorer
« on: 14 August 2017, 12:46:08 »
We have improved the FileExplorer feature and resolved several bugs. It can now extract compressed files and download folders as zip for easier self-backup. You can still use your own FTP program to access your files, but for those lazy ones, the web based solution is also a good option now :)
