hey guys whats the current wait time average for a support ticket (not meaning anything by it just curious)
and sorry if in wrong section

ps i know they may be busy thats y i said i was curious

Hi Brad,

Sorry for the delay - yes this isn't the right place for a question like this but its ok  ;)
 
On average our tickets are answered every 5 mins. With the occasional one taking slightly longer when the issue is slightly more complex.

I don't see any open tickets from your account so it looks like it was all sorted out.
