Stipe has implemented SourceBans on its public server Dust2 4 U etc.

If you see someone hacking in a Stipe Public servers, visit https://stipe.com.au/moopanel/sourcebans/index.php (https://stipe.com.au/moopanel/sourcebans/index.php) and submit the demo.

Also if you feel you have been wrongly banned, visit the above link to protest your ban.
