We are aware of some New Zealand and QLD customers experiencing a high 200 ping increase to the following servers:
DELTA
FLAME
The problem is caused by a bad TPG node accidentally routing data out of the country. We have notified TPG of this issue and is currently being resolved.
We apologise the inconvenience caused and will keep bugging TPG till they bleed

News and Updates / New Skin on Website

We updated the website skin. The menu's have been changed and recoded to allow room for additional buttons in the future. This may take time getting used to but we think this step was required as it will allow us to build new skins with ease.
We would still like your opinion. Do you like the new skin? Have ideas on how we could make it better?
The way we have coded it, making changes now is a piece of cake so please give us you opinions.

If you didn't notice already, your TF2 and CSS servers were automaticaly updated from yesterday STEAM update.
The update added more items for TF2 and some minor "patches" for CSS.

The FTP server on the DELTA box had crashed and all FTP accounts were wiped. Please use the FTP section of the control panel and RENEW your FTP.

If your server keep disconnecting players who are trying to download a mod during connect, then chances are that your WWW Download server is not valid. Please check the HTTP Address - ensure the mod folder names match on both the web server and your game server.
Or try disabling your WWW download to test if this is the cause of the problem.
